Am I being Paranoid

I have only been on FOP since June . In late July I was contacted by a gentlemen and we began emailing back and forth. About 2 to 3 weeks later...I felt comfortable enough to give him my cell number. We talked daily on the phone several times and we would also text back and forth. So in mid August we arranged our first date.....unfortunately I had to cancel but we made plans for another date for the next night. We saw each other 10 times and had a great time each time. BUT he did a few things that I didn't appreciate. First.... he made THREE (3) reservations & paid for room for a hotel suite during the time we dated. Didn't go to the room the first time.I did go up to the room on the second reservation but nothing happened except kisssing. Third time was the charm for him and that was date number 9. Second......He popped up at my house on FOUR (4) different occasions without letting me know he was coming. And on our very first date.....I repeatedly told him to Never, Ever pop up at my house without my permission. The 3rd time he popped up was this past friday and I told him that I was really pi$$ed since this was the 3rd and it had better be the last time he pulled this crap. He also stated and I'm quoting "since your cell phone is broke, I can't keep on tabs on you". He had the house number after the 4th date. Now today he popped up for the 4th time....I let him have it....I was so infuriated.
Here's the question.............Am I being paranoid and passing up a good guy OR am I being stalked (not life threatening...scare to me to death stalked but a simple stalk). And believe me I know the true meaning of stalked.....My Ex-Abusive Boyfriend of 15 years was a serial stalker, got rid of him in 1996.
I apologise if this thread has been discussed to death before but I am not computer literate and could barely figure out how to post a thread.
Does anyone have any thoughts or advice???
