(Sauteed Liver)::..

INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons finely minced garlic 1
cup minced onion
3 tablespoons vegetable or corn oil 2 cups cubed ripe tomatoes
1 pound pork loin, sliced thin in 1/2-inch squares 1 pound liver
(pork or beef)
1/2 cup white vinegar 1/4 cup sugar
patis or salt and freshly ground pepper
Saute garlic and onion in hot oil till onion is transparent. Stir
in tomatoes and cook
until soft. Add pork and liver and cook till tender. Stir in vinegar
and sugar and
simmer over low heat. Season with patis or salt and pepper to
taste
