INGREDIENTS:
2 cups mung beans 2 cups glutinous sweet
rice
1 cup coconut milk 1 cup coconut cream
5 tablespoons sugar
Brown the mung beans in a skillet until
crisp. Crush the beans with a rolling pin. Mix the
beans and the rice. In a medium pot, simmer the mixture in coconut
milk over moderate
heat for 30 minutes. Remove from heat. Add coconut cream and sugar
