.::Bam-I (Soup Noodles with Pork and Chicken)::..

3 Servings
INGREDIENTS:
3 tablespoons finely minced garlic 1/4
cup chopped onion
3 tablespoons cooking oil 3 tablespoons patis or 1 teaspoon salt
3 cups chicken broth 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 pound pork loin, cooked & cut into serving pieces
1/2 cup celery cut into fine strips 1/2 cup sweet peas
1 pound sotanghon or bean thread noodles 1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup scallions salt and pepper to taste
1-2 pound chicken breast, boiled & diced
Saute garlic and onion in boil. Add patis or salt, broth, mushrooms,
pork, chicken, celery
and peas and bring to a boil. Add sotanghon noodles and continue
boiling until noodles
are transparent. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add
scallions just before
serving
