.::Paksiw Na Lechon (Pork in Liver Sauce)::..

4-6 Servings
INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds roast pork butt cut into cubes
2 cups Lechon Sauce
5 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup white vinegar
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste 4 tablespoons brown sugar
3 bay leaves 1 cup Bread crumbs
Mix all ingredients in a large enamelware
or nonaluminum pot. Broil and simmer for
about 2 hours, then put the bread crumbs.
