INGREDIENTS:
6 pork chops (or 12 pork spareribs)
MARINADE:
1 cup white vinegar 2 tablespoons finely
minced garlic
1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup soy sauce 3 teaspoons red-hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
DIP: 1 cup white vinegar
Marinate the pork chops or spareribs
overnight. Preheat oven to 425 F for 40
minutes. Broil for 15 minutes, browning both sides (a barbecue
grill is preferable).
Serve hot with vinegar dip.
