.::Pork Tapa (Marinated Pork Strips)::..

4-6 Servings
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs. pork tenderloin, cut into 1/4-inch
slices 6 tablespoons soy sauce
6 tablespoons white vinegar 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
1 tablespoon saltpeter 1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons peanut oil
Combine all the ingredients and marinate
overnight or for several days in the
refrigerator. Drain pork and fry in oil until very well done.
Drain on a piece of paper
