.::Chicken and Pork Adobo (MIXED)::.

INGREDIENTS :
½ kilo chicken, cut into serving
pieces 1 kilo pork butt, cut into cubes
1 cup cane vinegar 1 cup water
½ teaspoon black pepper, ground 1 head garlic, crushed
and peeled
2 pieces of bay leaves 1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Put all the ingredients except the soy
sauce and oil in a casserole. Bring to a boil and
simmer for about 30 minutes. Put in the soy sauce and simmer for
another 10 minutes.
Remove the meat from the casserole to a plate. Remove the sauce
to a separate bowl.
Put the oil in the casserole and brown the meat.
Return the sauce back in the casserole with the meat. Simmer until
sauce thickens
