.::Fish Tinola (Boiled Fish)::.

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon vegetable or corn oil 1
cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon finely minced garlic 1 tablespoon finely minced ginger
2 cups water 1 pound whole fish
2 cups sliced zucchini patis or salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
In a medium saucepan, heat oil. Saute
onion, garlic and ginger. Add water and bring to
a boil. Add fish and zucchini. Season with patis or salt and pepper
and simmer until
done.
