.::Kilawing Hipon (Shrimp Vinaigrette)::.

2 Servings
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound shrimps, shelled, deveined and
split in half 1 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons vegetable or corn oil 1-1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 cup chopped onion 1 cup radish cut into strips
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Soak the shrimp in vinegar for 40 minutes.
In a medium skillet, heat oil and saute garlic,
onion and radish. Add shrimps and vinegar. Season with salt and
pepper to taste. Bring
the mixture to a boil. Serve hot
