.::Bulanglang (Boiled Vegetables)::..

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup quartered onion 2 tomatoes,
chopped
1-1/2 teaspoons bagoong or shrimp paste 1 cup cubed butternut
squash
1 cup water 1 cup bean curd, sliced and fried
1 cup sliced zucchini 1/2 pound spinach
Combine onion, tomatoes, bagoong or
shrimp paste and squash in a deep saucepan.
Add water and bring to a boil. Add bean curd and zucchini. Simmer
until zucchini is
tender. Add spinach and cook for another 3 minutes. Serve hot
