.::Calabasang Guisado (Sauteed Squash)::..

INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons cooking oil 1 tablespoon
minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup shrimps, shelled and deveined
1-1/2 cups thinly sliced squash 1 cup water
salt or patis and freshly ground pepper to taste
Heat oil. Saute garlic until light brown
and onion until transparent. Add shrimps and
squash. Stir for one minute. Add water. Season with salt or patis
and pepper and
bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 minutes. Serve hot
