Ensaladang Pilipino (Philippine Salad)

INGREDIENTS:
1 head romaine lettuce
1 cup vinaigrette sauce
5 salted eggs (sold only in Philippine food stores) or hard-boiled
eggs
5 medium-size tomatoes, sliced salt to taste
Separate lettuce leaves into serving
pieces and line salad platter with them. Pour 1/4
cup vinaigrette sauce over lettuce. Peel salted or hard-boiled
eggs and chop
coarsely. Slice tomatoes crosswise in wedges. Arrange tomato slices
over lettuce,
then add eggs. Pour remaining vinaigrette sauce over top
